How can I buy wallpapers - do you have sales agents?
Please order via the ZP Webshop or get in touch with our sales team via email.
We ship worldwide (directly from Vienna - ready-to-order, save & fully insured) and have no sales agents.
Do you have a shop?
Yes, you can buy all our products directly in the headquarter next to our production facility in Strebersdorf.
How is ZP wallpaper made?
All our products are screen printed by hand in Vienna, Austria. Please visit the About Us page for more information.
Why do we make untrimmed wallpaper?
Untrimmed wallpaper has a selvage, a margin on each edge of the roll. The selvage provides a few important purposes. It protects the edge of the wallpaper roll from being damaged if dropped or bumped. It also provides more control when matching the pattern.
May there be slight deviations/variations in the pattern?
We do our best to work as precise as possible, but each product is completely handcrafted, handprinted and cut by hand. Therefore, some minor deviations may occur.
Additionally, vlies is a natural product which could stretch quite differently during the wallpaper hanging/installation.
How can I apply for a trade account or as a stockist?
A trade account is for interior architectcs and industry professionals working on residential and commercial projects.

Order
Can I order samples?
Yes. Simply click on the sample option for each product. Sample orders are limited to one sample of each design per customer.
What is the fastest way to receive my samples?
In urgent cases we are happy to organize priority (24h) shipping with UPS EXPRES on customer's expenses.
How do I calculate the number of rolls I'll need for a certain room?
Measure the width of each wall you plan to wallpaper and add them all together ("combined width"). Measure the height of the walls. Multiply the combined width by the height of the walls – this is the total square footage ("TSF") of wall space you need to cover with wallpaper.
Additionally, you have to take the pattern repeat into account!

Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order quantity is 2 rolls. Please send an e-mail to order@zeuxis-parrhasius.com if you like to order only 1 roll. We are happy to print your wallpaper as soon as a larger order of the same product is placed (order time cannot be quantified).
Can I order additional rolls if my calculation was incorrect?
Of course, but we strongly recommend to order a sufficient quantity due to possible colour deviations.
How do I order large quantities for professional use?
Please contact our design team for special inquiries.
Are there any pre-conditions for B2B orders?
To enjoy the benefits of B2B terms and conditions, the first order has to be at least five rolls of the same product.
Delivery
How long will my order take?
All our wallpapers are printed to order and have a 15-30 working day lead time before delivery. In some cases, we can offer express services on wallpapers. We will also send you a tracking code for your package.
Why does my order take this long?
Hand Screen Printing is a complex, time-consuming process. We need to coat the screens for each order new, print every color layer separately, and wait for it to dry. Afterwards, each roll has to rest at least 48h. Finally, we cut the panels with great precision, and pack the rolls into special wrapping.
Where can I find the shipping costs?
Shipping costs - Austria €15,50 - and EU €38,50-€58,50 (depending on the zone) will be added during the check out process.
International shipping (Non-EU) varies between €95-€175 (depending on the zone).
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Please feel free to contact us for the specific delivery terms for your country.
Payment
What are my payment options?
You can pay with PayPal, credit card, Klarna invoice or bank transfer.
Can I pay by via bank transfer in advance?
Yes. Please see the various payment options during checkout.
Returns
Can I return orders?
We cannot accept returns for items that are bespoke, personalised, or made to size. This includes all our wallpapers (which are printed to order), fabrics (which have been cut to your specific requirements) and all furniture (as these pieces are created especially for you).
How can I order without paying VAT?
You can enter your VAT No. in the relevant section of the shopping basket. You can also contact our team and we will send you a quote excluding VAT.
Usage
Who can I get to help me hang my new wallpaper?
We will soon be adding a network of trustworthy firms. In the meantime, every any good paint shop can help you hang your new wallpaper.
What is the best way to hang / remove wallpaper easily?
The best way is to contact a professional wallpaper hanger to assist you. This way you make sure to get the maximum out of the produce (pattern repeat), and - more importantly - that the pattern matches perfectly.
Can I use every paste to apply my wallpaper?
No, you have to use non-woven (Vlies) wallpaper paste (for example Pufas). We strongly recommend to hire a professional wallpaper installer, anyway.
