Please send an e-mail to order@zeuxis-parrhasius.com if you like to order a product of the archive collection.

The minimum order quantity for the these designs is 10 rolls and lead time is about 8 -12 weeks.

We are happy to print every wallpaper on demand.

Can I order samples? Can I order samples?

Yes. Simply click on the sample option for each product. Sample orders are limited to one sample of each design per customer.

How long is my quote valid? How long is my quote valid?

Quotes are valid for three months after the date of receipt.

We ship worldwide (directly from Vienna - save & fully insured).

How do I calculate the number of rolls I'll need for a certain room? How do I calculate the number of rolls I'll need for a certain room?

Measure the width of each wall you plan to wallpaper and add them all together ("combined width"). Measure the height of the walls. Multiply the combined width by the height of the walls – this is the total square footage ("TSF") of wall space you need to cover with wallpaper.

Additionally, you have to take the pattern repeat into account!

All wallpapers in our webshop are printed ready-to-order and have a minimum lead time of 15-20 working days.

Where can I find the shipping costs? Where can I find the shipping costs?

Shipping costs - Austria €15,50 - and EU €38,50-€58,50 (depending on the zone) will be added during the check out process.

International shipping (Non-EU) varies between €95-€175 (depending on the zone).

Yes! We ship worldwide - fully insured in specially designed boxes!

You can pay with PayPal, credit card, Klarna invoice or bank transfer.

Who can I get to help me hang my new wallpaper? Who can I get to help me hang my new wallpaper?

Every experienced wallpaper hanger or good paint shop will help you hang your new wallpaper. We strongly recommend to hire a professional to get the maximum out of our product!

It is advisable to use non-woven wallpaper paste (like Pufas), and a Primer in advance (optional).

How can I order without paying VAT? How can I order without paying VAT?

You can enter your VAT No. in the relevant section of the shopping basket. You can also contact our team and we will send you a quote excluding VAT.

Can I return orders? Can I return orders?

We cannot accept returns for items that are bespoke, personalised, or made to size. This includes all our wallpapers as these products are created (ready-to-order) especially for you.
